Ralph , a court appointed attorney represented me in a criminal case in 1993. I was sentenced to a degree of offense never tried by the jury. The sentence was for 3-15 years. Capriolo said nothing. I discovered this on my own in 1997. I sued Ralph while in prison. I lost only because the statue ...of limitations. Ralph did nothing to correct it.
