You own the copyright on your paper. Therefore, you may send a DMCA notice to the site and to Google to have the paper removed.

Facebook is a private company and can refuse anyone an account. However, Facebook wants users and is not normally known for just kicking people...

It sounds like the site has figured out this is a fake account and has locked it. You might be able to discuss the situation with customer service...
