Silas Milan Pisani

I don't know if you know this, but divorces are not particularly fun. Attorney Pisani, and his wonderful assistant Christina, were a massive asset during a very stressful time. Very competent and knowledgeable, and we ended up reaching a settlement that was much better than I expected. I actually re-...retained Attorney Pisani when the other party violated the agreement. So I am a repeat customer and I appreciate his representation tremendously.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! If you just need an attorney to show up to court this your guy! Don’t expect any actual effort to be put forward. This clown will not go to bat for you. He charged me to have 5 witnesses subpoenaed for court yet not a single one was subpoenaed. The morning of our most rece...nt court appearance he made me scramble to contact the previously stated witnesses to ask them if they would be able to join via telephone for the hearing (this was at 5:00 A.M.) I was able to contact two of them at that time and both were extremely confused as they hadn’t heard from him and weren’t in a position to give their testimony. In a year and a half he never appeared as if he was actually prepared. when push comes to shove he would blame me for changes in circumstances. Silas and his office staff are extremely unorganized. I had to repeatedly send him the same information and documents. I finally had enough and fired this lazy piece of crap yesterday. Please don’t make the same mistake that I made. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!

Attorney Silas Pisani was outstanding in handling my case to protect my rights and parenting time with my children. He was thorough, understanding of what I wanted and gave me realistic legal counsel. The biggest thing that stood out to me was his response time. In my experience I have not had an A...ttorney who would return my calls or emails as fast as Attorney Pisani. Once my case concluded I got everything that I had asked Attorney Pisani to deliver at the start. You couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish than that. I highly recommend Attorney Pisani to anybody who needs legal counsel in their Family Court matters.
