Marie Loudette Moore

Marie Moore represented me in a DV case and then the divorce to follow. She did no discovery, interrogatories and presented no exhibits. I was severely unrepresented by her in addition to her knowing the Magistrate presiding the case was biased against me because my ex was 30 year friends of Magist...rate Hines. The Judges Chamber conversation was recorded and was used for the appeal. She assured me there would be no bias during the case fully knowing Magistrate Hines' bias but the appeal to the Ninth Court of Appeals (after 5 years and $30K more) ruled that the magistrate was biased and the whole divorce had to be retried in which the decision was reversed and I received child support. She is currently under litigation for malpractice and grievance filing to the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel.
