Gregory Raymond Sain

Hired this Community aid lawyer and he is very poor quality. he never told me anything that was useful. I have a landlord issue where the landlord in retaliation put a lock on the house thermostat after signing a lease.. This lawyer cannot even give me a straight answer. My landlord did not pay water... bill after house was empty since early March and water was shut off due to non payment and then again in october. Landlord stated she paid another water bill, not ours by accident. What a liar Toni Works is. I had no water and got so sick from not eating for 12 hours ended up in the emergency room and she must pay the bill and compensate me. My bedroom window does not work and air comes streaming in and it is 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house and I am cold but I cannot turn thermostat up to compensate for the heat loss. I am freezing. Mr Sain has given no proper response on any of these issues and says he has to look things up. He is supposed to know whether locking a thermostat is legal. The building inspector violated Toni Works for 18 items that must be fixed properly by Dec 12 but she has not even told the 3 people renting a room from this woman if this house is under the proper codes to rent out rooms in a house rather than renting a entire house even though we can use the furniture in the house, Toni Works uses her pass key to walk in without notice invading the renters privacy any time she wants with no notice and again Mr. Sain will not address this with the court because he does not even know the law. Mr Sain boss refuses to call me to discuss the poor quality legal care I have received. I would not hire him as he is not accomplished in the area of law I need which is landlord tenant law. I found out he might do disability law but his resume states nothing about his knowledge of landlord tenant law and from what I have seen he is not at all accomplished in any area I have talked to him about. Stay far away.

Attorney Sain took my case with a housing authority, and handled it with care, detail, promptly and effectively. I was being considered for subsidy termination. I was frightened, of course, and clueless. ----I am not familiar with assisted services and government policies and practices. Not only did he retain my assistance, with the power of the info he shared with me about AMHA's rules and expectations, I can be at peace here in my home, where before, because i did not understand the rules, I was always upset, fearful, and creating more problems for myself.... I am ever so grateful, and humbled by the help he willingly provided to me. And I am impressed by his handling of my case, along with his insights into the nature of the issues.. He is the true professional! I am glad that he took the time, and care to educate me, and inform me of my innocent misjudgements so I can prevent any reoccurrence. Thanks, Attorney Sain.! Thanks Community Legal Aid. I read that Attorney Sain has received deserved recognition for his extra mile professional caring work. especially with the community's poorer population. One award was from the Catholic Church. They do a lot of social justice advocacy and they at least can see who he is and what he is about. They honored that !!! YEAH! God is on my side!!!
