Whitney Kathryn Smith Miller

My husband and I retained Whitney Miller, an attorney within this practice. After years of battling with my husbands ex, Whitney made us feel like she was on our side, like we had a fighting chance in court. She knew our “must haves” and what we were passionate about, the REASONS we were taking my hu...sbands ex to court. Whitney not only fell short, we didn’t get ANYTHING we wanted. We felt she became best friends with the opposing counsel and did everything they wanted. Throughout this entire process, my husband would email Whitney, and get little to NO response! What kind of family lawyer does business like this?! Oh but my husband would receive emails and calls regarding payment… because that was more important for them than my husband GETTING TO SEE HIS KIDS! What a waste. To be fair, upon complaint of Whitney’s complacency, Andrew M. Parker did reach out to my husband to talk. Granted, what’s done is done, we wasted THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR NOTHING! Go anywhere but this place for family court; we could have done it better ourselves.
