Biography
Attorney Banbury received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron in 1994 and she received her Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1997. She passed the Ohio Bar Exam in February of 1998 and was sworn in by the Ohio Supreme Court in May of 1998.
Attorney Banbury’s career began as an Assistant Prosecutor in Morrow County where she prosecuted felonies and misdemeanor charges. She then transferred to the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office where she prosecuted felony level crimes.
Since her days as a prosecutor and in 2000, she opened her own law practice in which she prides herself in personal, effective representation. She also serves as an employee of the Barberton Law Department.
