About Lawrence
Biography
Mr. Muscarella is the Assistant General Counsel at MTD Products Inc, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of outdoor power equipment. In his current capacity, Mr. Muscarella is MTD’s Chief Litigation Counsel.
Mr. Muscarella previously represented the Husqvarna Group of Companies as its Vice President and General Counsel of North American operations. He also worked for Electrolux North America as its Senior Associate General Counsel and head of Litigation.
In each in-house role, Mr. Muscarella has been a senior advisor to management on issues of: litigation, general corporate and transactional matters, corporate compliance and governance, dealer/distributor relationships, labor/employment issues, product safety and regulatory controls.
Mr. Muscarella has also spent six years in the private practice of law and three years as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Muscarella has had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors of two non-profit charitable organizations: The National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Ohio Buckeye Chapter, and The MTD Employee Support Foundation.
