Class A CDL Driving While Intoxicated charge

OUTCOME: Through diligence and experience, the administrative case was won by proving that the client's BAC was lower than 0.08% at last driving. The DWI charges were dismissed in state court. This was the only way to keep this client's CDL intact.

The client was driving a UTV on a state road. Highway patrol pulled them over. This client has a Class A CDL (commercial driving license). Investigation followed and the client was arrested and cha ... rged with DWI. There was an administrative license suspension pending as a result of the arrest, as well.
