Lockett, 782 F.3d 349 (7th Cir. 2015), Kristen successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals that Mr. Lockett’s prior convictions did not qualify under the Armed C ... areer Criminal Act (ACCA) because the Government failed to provide any evidence that Mr. Lockett was subject to Illinois’ recidivist enhancement. Mr. Lockett was originally sentenced to the mandatory fifteen-year minimum under the ACCA.
