First of all, this person was hired to help me with visitation. Although he talks a good game in the office with you, it is obvious he resorts to lip reading because he is hard of hearing. You could be explaining a situation while he is looking down and he will not hear a word you are saying. Then he... will look up, and ask you about something you just finished explaining. His performance in the courtroom is fair to poor in objections (he cannot hear). As a result he cannot and does not speak well as a negotiator, or in your defense. He even yelled at my friend who was trying to get clarity on an issue that was unclear bolting "Look!! I don't have time for this, the judge is mad at me!!" What?? I DO NOT recommend this person. Hire someone else.
