When Jeff was a civil defense attorney he defended Jack In the Box from a slip and fall claim. Jeff obtained the video showing an employee mopping the floor and carefully, obviously placing a "wet flo ... or" sign out. An unrelated patron walked in, stopped, looked at the wet floor sign and walked around it. Then the plaintiff jumped up to go to the counter hopping and skipping along, slipped and caught herself with her hands on the floor, got up threw the sign at the employee then started complaining.
