Ronald Raymond Stanley

While the firm of Ronald R. Stanley, LLC was founded in 2014, Ronald R. Stanley received an engineering degree from Bradley University (1969) and a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Cleveland State University (1974). He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and Northern District of Ohio Federal Courts in 1974 as well as the 6th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals (1977).  During the past 42 years, he has worked in the legal industry at private practice law firms and corporations as a Patent attorney; general counsel and firm management for corporations and law firms; and a solo practitioner helping individuals and businesses solve their legal issues. During the years, he has provided legal services in almost every area of the legal profession. As the legal profession became more specialized, he has concentrated his efforts toward bankruptcy law (Chapters 7 and 13), family law (divorce and dissolution) and probate/estate planning law. The result of his over 40 years of experience in providing legal services is that he has seen many legal issues and knows how to solve them. The office is located in Medina, Ohio and primarily serves the Ohio Counties of Medina, Summit and Wayne. He interacts with clients on a personal level, using language that clients can understand while providing realistic expectations in a straightforward manner. Clients are asked what they expect and want and that is the joint goal, whenever possible. He is an astute listener and a creative, tenacious legal advocate who is committed to forming a case that serves the client’s need. The initial consultation is always without charge and appointment days and times are flexible.
