Best bet is to get an attorney to draw it, file it with the court and finish. An attorney may discover some things that were missed.

Just assuming the age of emancipation is 18 in Utah. If it is, you can move. Hope you're able to support yourself.

She has to follow the order of the court or is in contept. If she doesn't, get an attorney to file it and modify her time with the kids.
