All I can do join what you've been told. Get an attorney and just file for divorce. At that point, her agreement is no longer necessary.
Is CCD class (religon class) and extracurricular activity? If this is during my parenting time, can I make it up?

Follow Laurel's advice. In no state I'm aware is one spouse entitled to all marital property. Get an attorney to advise you.
