In this type of case, does the court appoint an attorney? If not, check around and try to find an attorney that will work with you on fees.

Little late for a post-nup. Except in rare circumstances it should be separate property. Bet an attorney.

Ex parte orders are done without notice you initially and many times the allegations do provide a total picture.
