You can't make her respond, just proceed with a default. Get an attorney to assist in finishing it up.

Doubt seriously the court is going to just waive it and it's up to you to file to enforce it. Your former attorney may want to help you with this...

Have an attorney put together a deed to transfer a half interest to you. Should be relatively inexpensive. He'll have to agree to do it though.
