Eric Ross Fink

Eric was recommended by his Wife to help with a criminal case that came out of a child custody case. He refused to respond to emails or calls. then once the court date arrive, there was NO preparation of myself or witness's. He threw me under the Bus that was for sure. he told me at the very last sec...ond that we won't win and the plead guilty to something i didn't do cause there was no way to win, because he didn't do his homework. because he didn't follow the leads i handed him. Do not want your money on this guy.

Eric Fink is my hired attorney to represent me in a family court matter regarding my child and setting custody and visitation with the other parent. Throughout the entire process from beginning to end it was like pulling teeth to get Eric to respond. Often times during the court dates, I would not he...ar from him to come to an agreement with my child’s other parent until the night before or the morning of our hearing. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Now that the order is set, I still have questions concerning my case and the order but it has been months since I have heard a word from Eric. Random promises of a call or response would be made and just as soon broken. I would not recommend Mr Fink to anyone I know.
