Very unorganized. Lost paperwork several times. Did not give a detail bill, just made up a random fee. When asked about it ,he got defensive and said I didn't even charge you for phone calls or emails. He would have me come in for an hour and discuss nothing new. He would promise to do get legal docu...mentation, then never follow through. He showed up to trial unprepared and we lost the case because of it.

From the beginning of my case Hank was always very forthcoming and honest with me. Hank fought hard against the other attorney and helped negotiate a great deal for my divorce.
