Trip and fall case in San Fernando Valley, we took over after 4 years of handling from prior attorney. The City was offering $0 for this "soft tissue" claim - so we prepped and took the case to trial. ... For a variety of reasons, we settled the case for six figures after day 3 of trial, but before Plaintiff's experts testified (thus saving client additional $$$).
