My brother Terry went out looking for an estate planner and found Andrea, she is a wonderful person and lawyer. She has help us thru the sale of moms home and it went smooth, anytime you need to speak with her she calls you back right away. To be honest we wouldn't know what to do without her knowle...dge. so we all thank her deeply..

I found Andrea through another client who was having some family problems. I asked her if she had any cards that I could have just in case I would every need a lawyer. A few years later, my parents passed away and I was at a loss as to what to do. I contacted Andrea for help. My situation was trying... to settle my parents estate. I tried to do things on my own at first, but it got to be too complicated and then I started to have problems with my brothers. I decided that it was time to let Andrea handle it. I did not realize the legality of trying to settle a death in the family. What I liked most about Andea Kryszak, was that she is compassionate and easy to talk to. She is not only a lawyer, but a caring friend. When I put everything in her hands, I had a big weight lifted off of my shoulders. Everything was fair and square with the family and any time they had questions, they called her. Andrea got everything settled within a short amount of time and I did everything she asked me to do to complete the process. That was four years ago and my family all gets along great! I lucked out and found Andrea via the web(I live in Portland,OR). She was very knowledgeable in assisting my brothers and I in applying for and getting granted MEDICAID for our mother. She was also very helpful in helping us allocate funds that we received from the sale of mom's home and was very kno...wledgeable about what we could and could not do with those funds so that we could keep our mom eligible for gov't assistance.

Andrea conducted a timely complete review of our estate and trust condition. She recommended the changes and additions we needed to make to get everything up to date. This was all done in a very timely matter and was finished within 2 months - even though we live out of state from her office. She p...erformed everything correct and on-time for our return to her office for all of the final signing and recording of necessary documents., We had been working with some other larger law firms with very slow response and assistance. The charges from Andrea were very competitive and fair for the work performed. We will stay with her for our legal requirements in this area of law for sure.
