Irina P'Simer

Irina P’Simer has been a practicing attorney for nearly 15 years and founded P’Simer Law with the vision of reinventing the way law firms enable business success.  She started her career representing small businesses, its owners and employees across multiple legal disciplines.  Through her diverse practice, she help create and organize new businesses, proactively mitigated legal risk for existing businesses with clear communication, strong negotiation style and unwavering commitment.

As a former executive at an engineering and technology solutions provider she has proven experience in strategic and tactical aspects of operating a successful business. As previously both the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and General Counsel (GC) in a corporation that serves commercial clients, international clients and the Federal Government, Irina brings a wide breadth of legal knowledge and its practical application across many functional areas and markets.  

​Irina began her more than 10 years of experience as a corporate attorney as an integrated strategic partner with both operations and business development.  She assessed and mitigated risk in establishing relationships with vendors, subcontractors and new clients. Irina negotiated contracts, ensured corporate compliance in employment, accounting, contractual and information technology matters.  

​In her role as a CAO and GC, Irina had responsibility for managing all corporate functions, corporate compliance and advising the Board of Directors on risk.  She has extensive experience in employment law, contracts, corporate compliance, government contracting regulations, information security and general business law. 

​Irina is committed to community service.  She volunteers at True Freedom Ministries, is an active participant in the Solon Rotary Club and the local Chamber of Commerce. 

​She earned her law degree from Cleveland Marshall School of Law in 2004 and her bachelors of business administration in finance from Ohio University in 2001.
