Biography
My name is Daren Niemi, and I am a practicing attorney in Solon Ohio. My focus is trial law. There are a lot of litigation attorneys. These are attorneys that will take a case with the expectation it will settle either prior to or sometime after filing suit. There are very few trained trial attorneys. This is what my education, training, and experience has prepared me for. In law school I was an active member of Cleveland Marshall's Mock Trial team. Since then, I've sat first chair for every trial I've ever worked on.
I have successfully represented clients to jury and arbitration verdicts in excess of seven-figures, and have earned favorable verdicts for my clients in: automobile and truck collision; medical malpractice; wrongful death; products liability; and many other types of cases.
