Michael John Davenport

Michael Davenport joined Nager, Romaine, & Schneiberg Co., L.P.A. in 2013 as an associate attorney. His primary areas of practice are Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and EEOICPA.

While attending Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Michael worked as a certified legal intern at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center, where he represented criminal and civil defendants in juvenile court and several Cleveland-area municipal courts. During his summers he served as an assistant staff attorney for a Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas judge. 

Prior to law school Michael served in the US Army and Army Reserves as a respiratory therapist. From 2005 to 2007 he was mobilized in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During his military career he was awarded three Certificates of Achievement for exemplary contributions. 

Michael lives in Cleveland Heights with his fiancé, who is also an attorney. They both enjoy homebrewing beer.
