Biography
My first year of law school, I participated in an immigration law clinic that worked with detained individuals at a private prison. I didn't know what to expect from that experience, but to say that it changed my life would be an understatement. It opened my eyes to the struggles that immigrants face, the way that the system seems to be stacked against them, and the ways in which I could help. As an immigration attorney, I feel privileged to be able to represent my clients through this confusing, stressful, and often frightening process.
