Probate

Mr. Cicero was hired to probate the Ohio portion of my sister's estate. He was hired around AVVO as his name was provided by the attorney representing the estate in another state. . Since I was totally unfamiliar with the Ohio probate process, he assisted in obtaining necessary documents guiding m...e through the process. I was most impressed with his knowledge, expertise and accessibility by phone or email as transactions were not in person. He provided excellent legal service from the filing of probate through the appropriate court to the disposition. I highly recommend him for similar services.

Trustworthy and professional

Mark Cicero is a great attorney. He is very hard working and answered my questions. I needed estate planning, He is knowledgeable. Now I’m not anxious about my future. Thanks Mark Cicero.

Professional and Responsive

Early this year I was charged with a crime in which I had absolutely no involvement. My father, in a desperate search for justice was recommended a laywer whose name I do not wish to disclose. He was the most unprofessional attorney that I am sure to ever encounter in my life. He filed no motions and... was very difficult to even get to answer any questions I had in a time of anxiety ridden desperation. At one point he said to me over the phone (one of 2 times we even spoke to each other!) that he didn't care if I was guilty or innocent. It took a few more HUGE misteps from that previous "attorney" to finally decide to move on and fire him. I hired Mark Cicero and within hours of hiring felt relief as he immediately engaged himself in the case and began working deligently and with confidence. It was a matter of a few weeks before my case was dismissed and I was able to exhale after what seemed like an eternity (almost 4 months of confusion and anger). I couldn't have asked for better work than what Mark Cicero did for me. Mark is among the most professional individuals I've encountered and I am not only relieved that my case was settled, but that I have him in my corner as a life long friend and attorney.
