Kevin Mark Preston

I retained Mr. Preston last year for a divorce. He did not file anything on time. He was poor in returning calls and emails. He gave me bad information regarding children's social security and does not appear to understand fraudulent transfers or tax liens. He stood flatfooted when my wife's atto...rney tried to intimidate me regarding her financial misconduct. Kevin several times told me he was awaiting a response from wife's attorney while wife's attorney claimed he never ever heard from Kevin regarding the issue. I am still calculating my financial harm caused by Kevin. I terminated our relationship and ten weeks later Kevin finally took the time to notify the Court. Paid him thousands of dollars and still awaiting refund (he claims I owe him money).
