Gino Phillip Zavarella

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office filed appeal on my case. I had difficulty finding somebody willing to "take on" the prosecutor. I met Gino Zavarella and he didn't hand me off to a secretary or paralegal or inexperienced lawyer. I spent a lot of time with him (and expected my fees to be muc...h, much more than they were and than others had quoted). He's the kind of guy - a regular guy - you can sit down and have a coffee or beer with and hears what you're saying. Not only was he willing to take on the County Prosecutor but I WAS 100% POSITIVE that we had WON THE CASE when we left the courtroom. The end result = 100% Win!
