Antonia Sophia Mysyk

Antonia “Toni” Mysyk serves as a personal injury lawyer at Elk + Elk, where she applies her extensive research and writing expertise to complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Whether she is drafting dispositive motions for trial courts or preparing briefs for the Eighth and Tenth District Courts of Appeals, Toni’s work is characterized by the same precision that led her to graduate summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2024.

Before beginning her career at Elk + Elk, Toni gained significant experience in the federal court system as a judicial extern and honed her courtroom skills on her law school’s Mock Trial Team. She holds a bachelor's degree in history from Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she also studied criminology. Currently living in Cleveland, the Chardon native remains connected to her community through volunteer work at a women’s shelter. When she isn't advocating for her clients, Toni enjoys staying active outdoors through softball, pickleball, and hiking.
