Sarah Marie Kolick

Licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas, Tennessee, Illinois and New York, Attorney Sarah Kolick’s (she/her) legal acumen crosses state lines, enabling her to address a wide range of legal challenges with agility and insight.

Since joining Minc Law, Sarah has applied her skills to protect and restore the reputations of individuals and businesses alike. Her background in handling sensitive issues such as elder abuse and domestic violence, gained during her tenure at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, has equipped her with a unique perspective on the intricacies of safety, privacy, and reputation management. Sarah’s approach is characterized by a combination of technical legal prowess and a profound understanding of the personal impact of online defamation and harassment.

Her legal journey has been marked by significant experiences that have honed her advocacy skills. Internships at the Amara Legal Center and Human Rights First exposed her to the harsh realities of sex trafficking and asylum law, respectively, enriching her with the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes with compassion and determination.

Sarah’s academic credentials, including a J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University School of Law and B.A. in Government and East Asian Languages from Smith College, provide a solid and critical foundation for her legal practice. Here, she was actively engaged in clinics and associations, further cementing her passion for advocating on behalf of marginalized communities.

In her life outside the firm, Sarah is a skilled harpist, and her proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin Chinese, adds to her diverse skill set.
