     YOUR EMPLOYER HAS A LAWYER...YOU SHOULD TOO!  This is the most important advice I can give.  Your Employer has their own legal representative to protect his interest.  The Bureau of Workers' Compensation will assign a Claims Representative, but they can not represent  you, file legal documents or offer legal advice. You will need your own attorney to protect your rights.  Even if a company is "self-insured" and represents that they handle their own claims, you need your own attorney.
