At a young age his family experienced a traumatic accident that ultimately influenced Joe to become a personal injury attorney. Attorney Joseph was 12 years old when his uncle was involved in a horrific electrical accident while painting a high-tension tower causing him to suffer serious burns. The incident resulted in a lawsuit and dragged on for several years. Eventually, a jury decided in favor of the defendant electrical company. The feeling of loss, remorse, and victimization for Joe and his family is what helps fuel Attorney Joseph’s passion for serving others who have been hurt due to someone else’s negligence.

Although his personal story aids in the compassion he shows toward his clients, Attorney Joseph backs that up with decades of legal experience, having represented thousands of individuals and obtaining successful settlements and verdicts throughout his career. Obtaining his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Attorney Joseph is authorized to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, and to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States. He has litigated cases in nearly all of Ohio’s 88 counties and represents clients throughout the state.
