Gina Marie Bevack

Gina became an Associate of the firm in 2010.  Her practice is primarily focused on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, probate and guardianship law.  Gina advises clients in all areas of estate and gift tax planning, avoidance or minimization of probate, and succession planning for closely held business owners.  Gina works with individuals and families to meet clients’ tax and non-tax objectives.  She does this through the use of a wide variety of estate planning techniques including various irrevocable and revocable trusts, insurance trusts, special needs trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other related documents.

Gina has been a guest lecturer for many different groups including IRS enrolled agents and nursing home facilities.  She is a member of the Ohio State, Lake and Geauga Bar Associations, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, the Lake County Probate Committee as well as various charitable and philanthropic organizations.  Gina resides in Lake County with her husband and their three daughters.
