Biography

After law school he served for five years as an Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney and thereafter as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General for two years.
As of 2011, Kevin is certified as one of 163 Specialists in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law in the State of Ohio by the Ohio State Bar Association, and his certification has been accepted by the Ohio State Supreme Court's Commission on Certification.
He has achieved the title in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2103, AND 2014: "Highest Possible Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards" ("AV" rating*) through a Peer Review rating process of the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges by Martindale-Hubbell, the leading peer review rating service of attorneys since 1887.
He is certified as an Accredited Veterans' Administration attorney.
