Biography
With more than twenty years experience as a trial lawyer representing plaintiffs who have been injured by the misconduct or negligence of another, or who suffered a workplace injury, Mr. Sivinski concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, products liability, asbestos-related injuries and labor law and has tried in excess of 50 cases to verdict, including five multi-million dollar verdicts.
Mr. Sivinski’s reputation as a skilled and sophisticated litigator has enabled him to negotiate settlements in excess of $100 Million Dollars for injured clients. Mr. Sivinski has also achieved national recognition for his widespread work on behalf of plaintiffs in asbestos litigation, where he has tried cases in many states, most notably, Ohio and Florida.
As a result of his trial work, Mr. Sivinski iscertified as a Civil Trial Advocateby the National Board of Trial Advocacy, recognizing his “excellence demonstrated in the field of civil trial law”. John has also achieved a Martindale Hubble rating of AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5, the highest distinction available as voted by his peers and is a member of the ATLA Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
