Wade Thomas Weber

Wade Weber is an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. Wade’s practice is focused on matters relating to taxation, business law and estate planning.

Wade’s estate planning experience encompasses instituting and modifying estate plans, tailoring advance directives, powers of attorney, wills and trusts to each client’s particular needs. He also assists clients with a range of probate matters.

Wade is regularly involved in the representation of corporate entities in formation, general business, and commercial matters.  Wade also regularly assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, and mortgage financing transactions. Additionally, he has experience assisting nonprofit corporations from formation, 501(c)(3) qualification and dissolution.

Wade’s tax experience is the foundation of his estate planning and general business practices, which benefits clients in the minimization of income and estate taxes.  Wade also consults with clients regarding a wide variety of tax controversies, and has experience successfully contesting client’s federal, state and local tax liabilities and reducing penalties and interest, including income, excise, sales and employment taxes.

Wade worked as a CPA while attending law school.  He spent six years with a mid-size manufacturing company as a cost accountant, and he spent two years as an internal audit consultant for a variety of publicly traded companies.
