Kristen Marie Hoover

Kristen M. Hoover is an intellectual property attorney at McCarthy Lebit. Ms. Hoover’s focus at the Firm includes the application and prosecution of patents and trademarks, patent and trademark availability and trademark oppositions, as well as copyright registration, trade secrets, and general intellectual property protection and counseling. Ms. Hoover handles both domestic and international property matters. She also has experience in contract matters related to intellectual property, including licenses and non-disclosure agreements. Ms. Hoover’s patent work covers a variety of areas of technology including biomedical, mechanical, automotive, electronic and consumer product patents.

Ms. Hoover is a native of the Cleveland area and has always been an involved and active member of her community. She has devoted her time in a number of areas of community service including tutoring grade school, middle school and high school students and helping to serve meals at area shelters. Community service continues to be an important role in her life.
