Jonathan Christopher Wolnik

Jonathan C. Wolnik is an Associate in McCarthy Lebit’s Taxation and Business & Corporate practice groups. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jonathan handles all matters related to federal, state, and local tax compliance, including tax planning and audit resolution.  Jonathan also assists clients with organization structuring, transaction guidance, and in all areas of operational regulation and compliance.

Jonathan has prior experience as an external auditor with a special focus on Medicare and Ohio Medicaid compliance related to long-term care facilities and hospitals.  Additionally, he has internal audit experience focused on risk management programs and corporate compliance under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.  He further has experience in forensic accounting and fraud resolution both within for-profit and not-for-profit entities.  His legal knowledge and accounting experience allow him to implement a unique perspective in addressing client matters.
