Chuck has worked with our various entities on over 30 matters. He has gone far above and beyond anything I have ever expected, often handling the roles of attorney, advisor, and negotiator. Chuck also has a unique ability to keep calm and collected in situations where the opposing litigant (and occasionally the opposing counsel) has been extremely unreasonable and/or aggressive. This calm has allowed us to settle matters that, had cooler heads not prevailed, would have gone to trial, costing us far more in legal expenses and given us an uncertain outcome.
