Ryan Kurtiss Rubin

Over ten years ago, I was a founding member of a law firm in Cleveland. We expanded to have six offices. Now, as a result of our merger with Lewis Brisbois, we have combined forces with a 1,000+ lawyer firm with offices from coast-to-coast. 

As a Partner with Lewis Brisbois, I will not only continue to serve my existing clients in my region, but I will have offices and resources in over 40 Cities and 25 States to further assist my clients in most any area of law, anywhere in the country. 

My practice has been and remains diverse. Matters have ranged from straightforward to extremely complex, with damages ranging from nominal to over $1 billion.  I devote my time to representing everything from individuals and small businesses to large publicly traded corporations. 

My practice areas include but have not been limited to: business litigation, contracts, construction defect, A&E, fire loss, environmental claims, products, premises and general liability, medical and legal malpractice,  risk management, catastrophic injury, and transportation.

Several years ago and continuing to present day, I have been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest attorney rating, AV-Preeminent® 

Also, for each year from  2012 to present, I have been recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers. 

I also routinely teach at seminars to lawyers, paralegals, business owners and medical professionals. Subjects have included: labor and delivery; brain injuries; medical malpractice; trial tactics; HIPAA; technology & law; and ethics.
