Biography
Kenneth B. Liffman is the Managing Principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A.. Mr. Liffman focuses the majority of his practice on transactions, banking matters, and real estate law and has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, as well as construction and commercial lease matters. Mr. Liffman is one of the area’s outstanding corporate attorneys, and a well-recognized authority of real estate law.
Mr. Liffman’s legal interests extend to virtually all arenas of financial law and he frequently serves clients engaged in large, complex lending transactions. He has substantial experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, acting as counsel to purchasers, sellers and lenders in a multitude of industries, including cable systems, professional sports teams, manufacturers, distributors and professional practices. In addition, Mr. Liffman represents several of Ohio’s largest financial institutions in commercial loans and structured finance transactions and agreements, together with several of the largest REIT’s and food distributors in the United States.
As Managing Principal, Mr. Liffman leads McCarthy Lebit by both policy and example. His management of the Firm for over 20 years has given him a unique perspective regarding the business of law that, coupled with his technical and practical experience, provides his clients the best of all worlds.
