A very unfortunate case. Our client is the model student - four point student, highly active in the community as a high school student. Coming from a SADD meeting a motorcycle being driven by the all ... eged victim collided with his car. Police initially wanted to charge him with a high level felony. We convinced the police to charge it as a low level misdemeanor, if anything, and then we were able to get the court to agree to DISMISS the entire case over the prosecutor's objection meaning our client could go on with his life.
