My siblings and I inherited our family home which had a host of problems. I was recommended Edward by another attorney, who is a childhood friend of mine because I was considering walking away from a rental property that I am way upside down on. I called and Edward answered the phone. He was kind enough to speak with me for about 15-20 minutes over the phone and explained ...what my options would be. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some very good advice that led me to calculate my own plan that would allow me to pay off the rental in 7-10 years rather than walk away and deal with the consequences. He said "do the math and figure out what makes the most sense". He was exactly what I needed, which was someone to tell what the consequences would be and essentially "talked me off the edge". If I were in a situation where I could not afford the property, Edward would be hired!!
