I had the misfortune of being falsely accused and charged w/ a very high level. Facing 21 years!!! The only two (2) options I had was to accept a first degree plea in the blind; which meant that I wouldn't know what my sentence would be until the actual day of sentencing. Which I absolutely refused b...c I was innocent! Or go to trial!
