As a principal a principal with McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A., my practice focuses mainly on title insurance defense, commercial foreclosures, receivership practice, real estate litigation, business transactions, real estate acquisitions and financing, as well as all areas pertaining to liquor law.
Extensive experience with all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate transactions including commercial real estate workouts. Negotiate and draft business organizational documents, as well as purchase, sale, options, and other transaction agreements and related documents. These include loan documents, commercial leases, easements, options and right of first refusal agreements. Assist borrowers in determining the correct vehicle for loan resolutions, such as forbearances, loan modification, discounted payoffs, deed in lieu of foreclosure, loan assumption, non-judicial foreclosures and lender liability litigation.
