We have defended title insurance, consumer and home owners association class actions; prosecuted consumer and antitrust class actions; and defended non-party sister company discovery in class actions. Our class action experience includes motion practice, hearings, and settlements in state and federal trial courts, appeals in state and federal courts, and federal MDL cases. We also have served as local counsel where national counsel is spearheading work in multi-state class actions.
