I was facing a felonious assault charge with another felony charge added when it was sent downtown...somehow mike was able to get both charges dropped with no probation no penalty fees no misdemeanors no nothing. I never felt this good in my whole life..had a lot to lose with my job and everything el...se..but mike was able to aggressively fight for my rights and now I am able to live my life again thanks mike.

Exceptional attorney.

I’m glad to hire Michael to represent me in my domestic violence defense. My demestic violence charge was finally reduced to disprderly conduct. Michael is very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is needing an criminal defense attorney.

Mr. Goldberg is a excellent defense attorney. I would definitely recommend MICHEAL GOLDBERG. You cant find another attorney better. I used Mike and will again. Hes defending several clients and is all over the justice center on different floors. Mike is not late, Mike is busy. I know he has a large c...ase load but attorney Goldberg knows law and is good at defending your rights. If your guilty and u think hiring a attorney will get u off scott free, you need a genie not attorney..remember always the judge and prosecutor are no dummies either and if u piss off ur attorney ur dumb as the crime you committed. Michael was the Best

Michael handled my case excellent. When I first met with him he was extremely confident that and seemed to truely care about my case and thats what I was looking for in a lawyer. I met with many attorneys in the cleveland area and none of them seemed as confident as Michael did. I was charged with a ...F2 felonious assault carrying a sentance of 2-8 years prison and he got it dropped to a disordly conduct misdemeanor with only 3 months nonreporting probation and no jail time. I could not be more happier with the results. He is the best and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you

Worked magic with stubborn prosecutor!

Michael Goldberg represented me in a felony drug case where I was charged with 8 felonies & 4 misdemeanors which had me looking at many years in prison, but Michael got them knocked down to where I didn't go to prison & received only 18 months probation, 10 days in jail, & some fines. The prosecutor ...wanted me gone for years in prison, but Mike convinced the judge otherwise & he's gone above & beyond since for me. Yeah he may be late to some hearings, but the judge & prosecutor were never on time either, so Michael was helping his other clients in the justice center because his services are so sought after do to his success rates of keeping people out of prison. I'd recommend him to people & say to those that post bad reviews, "if he kept you out of prison, then he did his job & if you're not happy with the results of plea bargaining, maybe you should have went to trial."
