Michael is a top notch attorney who has never lied and would do anything to help. I hired him for my son who got mixed up in the wrong crowd. He went above and beyond to help my family. I also hired him for a custody dispute, and again, he went above and beyond. He took the time to talk to me on a ho...liday weekend when he was vacationing with his family. He took every call I made to him on his cell, and even texted me back with answers to my questions when he was busy with court. I highly recommend Michael Goldberg. Thank you!!

Kept me out of prison, but was not easy to work with

I hired Michael to represent me in a felony drug case. The only positive thing that I can say about Michael is that he kept me from going to jail. I'm honestly not even sure if it was him or the prosecutor/judge who kept me from prison to be honest. Michael was late to EVERY court appearance and at t...imes, didn't even show up! And when I say late, I mean by an hour or two. He would also talk down on you like you are a peasant or a dumb person. He was not a friendly guy. He was very difficult to get a hold of as well. A lot of times, I'll leave him a text or email and he doesn't even respond. He had me plead guilty and my charges weren't even lowered or anything! So I'm honestly not even sure what this guy did for me. Not quite sure I would recommend this lawyer. Do some research first.

Not a good experience at all.

This lawyer didn't go over any evidence and even threatened me if I went to trial. He did not put in one motion for my defense.I honestly believe he is the worst lawyer and he took my $10000. My opinion is I believe he does this to people of color and I feel I'm not the 1st person be victim.

Great if you want a lawyer who lies to you and treats you as a nuisense.

This guy did nothing for me. He lied to me to get me to plea, I got sent to prison as a first time offender and to top it off he treated me as the last thing he wanted to deal with. I didn't even have ANYTHING to do with the case. Wrong place wrong time. And I ended up with 6 felony convictions, a pr...ison sentence as a first time offender, and not eligible for expongment as he said I would be. He never returned my calls, never showed up to appointments he said he would ( I was sitting In jail this entire time, mind you! ) I never saw him unless it was a court date and it was mandatory he be there. For 3 months he fed me that id plea out to a misdemeanor and be on my way... Then the day of court he comes in with SUPRISE just kidding. He cooerced me into pleaing with the hope that I could just get it all over and move on with my life, have it expunged and be okay. Now I'm a 6 time convicted felon with a prison sentence under my belt, no one will hire me and I can't even find a place to live!!! I've had multiple other attorneys look at the case (after the fact) and tell me how WRONG this man did me. All because THIS GUY didn't have time for my case. Thanks Mike. Appreciate ya.
