Jennifer was a little slow in responding to phone calls but when she responded she was very knowledgable and answered all my questions.

Does a terrible job at responding. Does not return phone calls for a minimum of 2 weeks and rarely responds to emails. Did not keep me informed of anything going and did not send out monthly statements. Just sends one large bill at the end of the case. Very unprofessional in the way she handled the c...
