We filed an Affidavit of Bias and Prejudice in the Ohio Supreme Court which ruled that a judge may not hear a case in which a father ... or other close relative previously provided. The Judge was required to relinquish the entire portion of her docket inherited from her father. This case is used and cited frequently in courts throughout the state of Ohio.
